ProTeams: How to add a team fee to a transaction

If your team charges a flat fee in addition to the percentage-based commission, you can enter it as additional commission in reZEN. 

• Example: some teams charge a 3% commission plus a flat $299 fee per transaction.

How to add a team fee to a transaction

To add a team fee:

• Go to the My Transactions page in reZEN and select the transaction to which you will add the fee.
• Navigate to the Details page and scroll to the Additional Fees & Rebates section.  Then, select + Add Fees & Rebates.

Next, choose Additional Commission from the Fee Type drop down and enter the information for your team fee and click Save.

• If the team fee is payable to the Team Leader, select the Team Leader under “who is receiving this amount”
• If the fee is split between two people, you will need to enter the fee twice and allocate the correct amount to each person. 
  • Example: If you charge a $500 fee that is split between two team leaders, you will enter a $250 fee to Team Leader 1 and a $250 fee to Team Leader 2.

That’s it!  Now you will see your gross commission increased by the amount of your team fee.
