Typically, if a Team Member hits their Team Cap, they would not owe additional funds to the Team.
If a Team Member hits their Team Cap, but still owes funds to the Team, please first check: a) your Team Cap is set at the correct amount; and b) you have an accurate accounting of the amounts paid to-date.
If the Team Member still owes funds to the team, please enter it in the Team Fees section of the transaction:
- Click Edit under the Team Member's Payment Participant card:
- Scroll to the Team Fees section and enter the amount owed as a Team Pre / Post Cap Fee. Then click Save.
- If the Team Member already paid the full Team Cap, enter a Team Post-Cap Fee.
- If this transaction causes the Team Member to pay the full Team Cap, enter a Team Pre-Cap Fee.
Once you click save, the fee will be deducted from the Team Member's side of the deal and added to the Team Leader's side.
