The entire process, from card order to delivery, takes 7-10 business days. Once approved for a Real Wallet Business checking account, the card order is submitted to the card printer within one business day and processed the following day. The card is shipped 1-2 days after the order is received by the printer.
It's important to note that the specified timeframe represents an estimated range for the completion of the process and may be subject to slight variations depending on unforeseen circumstances or potential delays within the shipping network. However, in most cases, clients can expect to receive their cards within 7-10 business days following the approval of their Real Wallet Business checking account.
*Our cards are mailed through USPS mail as letters, and not as packages. As the mail service does not provide tracking numbers for letters, we unfortunately cannot provide tracking numbers for card shipments. We do appreciate your understanding.
