RealTrends Rankings (now RealTrends Verified) celebrates the top performers every year at the national, state, and local levels.
Starting in 2026, instead of submitting yourself and paying a fee, Real has begun submitting qualified agents and teams on your behalf.
RealTrends Qualifications
To qualify for the RealTrends Verified National/State rankings, you must meet their minimum production thresholds:
- An Individual Agent must close 25 residential transaction sides OR $10 million in closed sales volume
- A Team must close 40 residential transaction sides OR $16 million in closed sales volume
To qualify for the RealTrends Verified City rankings, you must meet the following production thresholds:
- An Individual Agent must close 15 residential transaction sides OR $6 million in closed sales volume
- A Team must close 25 residential transaction sides OR $10 million in closed sales volume
In addition to the above production requirements, please note that RealTrends only accepts residential real estate transactions (residential homes and condos, multi-family 4 or less units) only—no leases, land, or commercial deals). RealTrends does not count commercial, referrals, land, lots, leases, multi-family (over 4 units), or rentals towards our thresholds.
Submission Process
Agent and Team submission data is due to RealTrends in the beginning of April of each year. Prior to this, Real will pull production data using the above qualification criteria for national/state and city and submit it directly to RealTrends.
RealTrends will then review the data we sent over and reach out to you directly to confirm your production data. You’ll have a period of time to review and confirm or provide feedback. Any requested changes will then come back to us for review and sign off on.
In addition to confirming production data, you’ll be able to select which State/City you’d like to be recognized in, and add details like social handles and headshots.
What happens if I already submitted myself?
If you already submitted your production data to RealTrends directly earlier this year, you’re eligible for a refund. This process is handled entirely by the RealTrends team. You can begin your refund request by reaching out to rankings@realtrends.com.
