How can I donate to One Real Impact Directly in reZEN (recurring)

You can donate to the One Real Impact Fund on every transaction directly in reZEN. As a reminder the One Real Impact is an agent assistance fund established by Real in 2023 to provide grants to agents during a time of crisis. 

You can setup reZEN to donate a set dollar amount or percentage of your commission on every transaction. 

• Login to reZEN
• Click on My Dashboard to see your profile, then click Overview. 

• Scroll down to the One Real Impact module and click + Donate. 

• A module will open. You have two options:
  • Click Donate as Dollars and enter a dollar amount you want to donate on each transaction - for example, if you enter $50, you will donate $50 on each transaction.
  • Click Donate as percentage and enter a percentage amount to donate on each transaction. This will be based on your portion of the commission.  
  • Once you are done, click Save. 

What to expect next? 

Once you set up your donation in reZEN you will see a new fee type in the “additional fees and rebates” section on your transactions page titled “One Real Impact.”

• The contribution amount will be automatically applied to each transaction. 
• You can click the arrow next to Fees and Rebates to see more detail
• If you need to make a change, you can click the pencil icon to edit the contribution amount
• If you don't want to contribute on this transaction, you can click the garbage icon to delete the contribution. 

• Once your transaction closes, Real's Finance team will process the transaction and contribute the money to the One Real Impact Fund. 

How can I edit my donation? 

On your transactions page located in reZEN, you will always have the option to edit your recurring donation. Simply click on the pencil located on the right-hand side of the “One Real Impact” fee type and adjust to your preferences.
