The field label in Real Signature is used to provide instructions to the signer (typically your client) or to help you (the sender) keep track of various fields. The field name will not appear on the final document.
The field label is not where you enter information you want to appear on the document.
Example:
- If you want your seller to indicate what personal property they will include with the listing, you can assign the Personal Property Field to the seller.
- In the field label, you can enter a helpful description, for example: "Please enter personal property here"
- When the Seller goes to sign, they will see the field label "Please enter personal property here." However, this will not appear in the final document. The Seller will input information in this box that will appear in the final document.
