What is a grant?

The grant (in Shareworks) is the legal document that outlines your equity (stock) award. This will include:

• The number of shares you are receiving
• Conditions (e.g. vesting)
• Other key terms of the equity program

You must accept the grant in Shareworks to transact your shares.

To accept the grant:

• Click view grant under Tasks
• Then, review the agreement and click Accept at the bottom.
