Once the application and all necessary supporting documentation have been received, the application review process is usually completed within 3-5 business days. Please note: if there is a major catastrophe, the team may experience delays as they try to approve everybody's application and respond.
The process can be delayed if documentation is missing at the time the application is first reviewed. In that case, the applicant would be notified of what is required, and the application would remain pending (up to 21 days) until the documents requested are submitted.
If the grant is approved, U.S. applicants can expect funds to arrive within 1-3 business days for digital payment or 7 days for mailed check after approval.
International payment method varies based on country. Once a grant is awarded, there are a few important registration steps an applicant must complete before financial assistance is received. To receive this financial assistance, an applicant must successfully complete registration with the payment partner via the link provided via email. Payment timing will vary based on the payment method selected by the applicant.
