How do I designate my Revenue Share beneficiary?

In the Revenue Share section of your reZEN profile, click on Designate Beneficiary. 

The following pop-up will appear. Click on Sign Up.

Review the program agreement. Once you have reviewed, click I agree and then Next.

On the next screen, enter your Beneficiary Information and click Designate.
