How to Set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in reZEN.

Where can I set up 2-factor authentication? 

Click the three dots next to your profile photo in the bottom left of reZEN, then click Security Settings. 

Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication on the right side. 

Decide which option you want to use - then click that option. Click below to see detailed instructions for each method:

Set up Text Message Two-Factor Authentication

To proceed with text message two-factor authentication, you will need a valid phone number - and you will need to receive text messages to access your account. 

• Click Proceed with Text Messages
• Then, enter your phone number and click Send Confirmation Code
• Check your phone for a passcode
• Copy/paste the passcode into reZEN and click Verify Code

That's it. You're done!

The next time you log in to your reZEN app you will see this screen after putting in your username and password

You will receive the 6-digit code via text message to the number you previously provided

If you do not receive the code or you take longer then five minutes to enter the code, simply click on “Resend Code” and another 6-digit code will be sent to you

Set up Authenticator App Two-Factor Authentication

To proceed with an Authenticator App, you will need to first download an authenticator app. You may use any app you choose. If you are not sure which app to use, we recommend Google Authenticator as it's easy to use. 

If you use Google Authenticator:

• In reZEN, click Proceed with Authenticator
• Click + in the bottom right corner, then Scan a QR Code
• Scan the QR code in reZEN
• Real-Brokerage will appear in the Google Authenticator App. 

• Copy/paste the 6 digit code from your Authenticator App into reZEN
• Then click Verify Code.

That's it! You're done.
