As a Lofty/Chime user, you can easily add other users to your account. This is usually used in a team or mentoring scenario.

- Step 1: Log into your Lofty Account: https://chime.me/
- Step 2: Click on the Settings at the top of the page.
- Step 3: On the menu on the left, under Team, click on Agent.
- Step 4: Click on Add More Seats.
- Step 5: Click the + to add in the number of seats needed.
- A seat is a person who will use this Lofty account and needs a unique login. If it's just you, enter 1.
- Step 6: Verify the credit card that will be charged
- Note the total amount you will be charged (this will be the monthly charges you will incur going forward)
- Step 7: Click on Place Order
How to add Team Members:
Once you have the seats added, you will be able to add Team Members.
- Step 1: Go back under Team and Agent.
- Step 2: Click on Add A Member.
- Step 3: Fill out the information on the member that you are adding.
- NOTE: You can skip adding in the seats prior to adding a member if you are doing them at the same time. Some agents like to add seats and then add their members later.
- If you haven't already added the seats, the seat can be added at the time you are adding the agent.
- If you have already added the seats, you will not be prompted to be charged here.
- Step 4: Click Add and click the checkbox to agree to any additional charges.
