Admins, Transaction Coordinators and Assistants are provided with an admin account that can be linked to agents or teams at Real, enabling them to manage transactions in one place.
It is the agent's responsibility to ensure unlicensed assistants only perform work in accordance with laws and regulations where they do business.
If you are working with an agent or a team and need access to their accounts, request an admin account using this quick, 5-minute form. Our team will review your response and set up your account within 2 business days.
Sign-Up Process:
- Fill out our admin request form (takes less than 5 minutes).
- Check your email for the Assistant Access Agreement. Please e-Sign this.
- We will work with you to set up your profile in our app & link it to your team or agents.
Please Note:
- Agents are responsible for supervising, managing, and paying their transaction coordinators.
- At this time, Real does not directly pay (and/or issue 1099s) for transaction coordinators. We are working to improve this in the product and expect to have an update in 2025. More: How do I pay my Transaction Coordinator?
- If you are in a split check, we will add a note to issue payment to the Transaction Coordinator at closing.
- In single check states, you will need to issue payment to your TC directly.
- If a licensed transaction coordinator wants to receive payment from the commission income (and this is allowed in your State), the TC will be required to pay all applicable splits and fees associated with the commission income earned.
