How do I leave Real?

Made the decision to move on from Real? 

We are very sorry to see you go, but we understand that things change and that this is not always the right fit for everyone.

Offboarding from Real is an Easy Process:

• The first thing you need to do is let your Broker know you are leaving, your reason for moving on, and what your last day will be.
• Once they have that information, they will put in an offboarding request for you and we will take it from there.

• If you have any clients under a buyer rep agreement but not yet under a purchase contract, or clients under a listing rep agreement but the listing is not yet active or under a purchase contract, you are permitted to take these clients with you to your new brokerage.

• Any buyers or sellers under purchase contract will remain with the brokerage and be reassigned to a new agent unless we receive a fully executed Transfer Agreement prior to closing or within 7 calendar days of your termination date, whichever is sooner. After you have been fully offboarded from Real, you can email support@therealbrokerage.com  for the Transaction Transfer Agreement request form. Failure to complete this form will result in these purchase contracts remaining with the brokerage. 

Once your offboarding process has been completed, you will receive a letter via the email we have on file.
