If you have any issues with your T4A, please report it immediately so we can review it and, if applicable, get it corrected for you ASAP.
Log into your account in your app or online at bolt.therealbrokerage.com:
Click on My Dashboard:
Scroll down to the Tax Information box and you will see Tax Forms on the right-hand side.
Click on Report a T4A issue.
A window will open showing the income breakdown that is on your current T4A.
You will see Send an email to Support with a box for you to type in what your issue is with your T4A. Give a detailed explanation of your concern.
Click on Send Email.
Upon receipt of your email, support may ask you to provide some backup documentation and then they will escalate this on to the accounting team to review and report back their findings.
