How Do I Cancel My Lofty (formerly: Chime) Account?

You can easily unsubscribe from Lofty/Chime from inside of your Lofty/Chime account:

• Log into your account - https://chime.me/ 
• Click on your picture in the upper right corner
• A drop-down menu will appear - click on Billing Center
• A new page will open - click on Cancel Account
