How Do I Cancel My Lofty (formerly: Chime) Account?

If you want to cancel your Lofty account, click your profile icon in the top right corner, then click Billing Center, then Cancel Account.

If you do not see an option to cancel your account, you are most likely in your Trial Period. Please send an email to realsupport@lofty.com:

• Subject: Cancel Lofty Account
• Body: I am a Lofty user on the Real Broker Plan. I am currently in my Trial Period, but would like to cancel my account. 

When you request cancellation, you will be billed for the remainder of the current month and one full month following cancellation. 

You will receive an email from Lofty confirming your cancellation.
