As a Real agent, you'll pay only $40/month to use Lofty. Teams are eligible to unlock preferred pricing.
Note: additional fees may apply for Internet Data Exchange (IDX) with your MLS. Fees vary by MLS - see here for a full list.
If you are a NEW Lofty (or Chime) Customer:
To set up your Lofty Account, simply contact our Agent Experience team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to get your account set up.
- When you receive the link to set up your Lofty account, you will be prompted to enter your billing information.
- Once you complete the setup with your billing information, you will be all set with your Lofty subscription.
If you are an EXISTING Lofty/Chime Customer:
If you have an existing Lofty plan and want to take advantage of Real's pricing, please reach out to email@example.com and copy firstname.lastname@example.org on your email. They can help you to migrate your billing information.
Please note: If you are on a standard plan, the Lofty team can typically transfer your account over in 5 business days. If you are on an enterprise package, Lofty will need to create a new account with Real and do a data transfer. Jeff can walk you through this process.
