If you are a NEW Lofty (or Chime) Customer:
To set up your Lofty Account, simply contact our Agent Experience Team by emailing support@therealbrokerage.com to get your account set up.
- When you receive the link to set up your Lofty account, you will be prompted to enter your billing information.
- Once you complete the setup with your billing information, you will be all set with your Lofty subscription.
- New Lofty users will have a 60 day free trial. If you cancel within the free trial period, you will not be charged.
If you are an EXISTING Lofty/Chime Customer:
If you have an existing Lofty plan and want to take advantage of Real's pricing, please reach out to realsupport@lofty.com and copy jeffrey.wyland@chimeinc.com on your email. They can help you to migrate your billing information.
Please note:
- If you are on a standard plan, the Lofty team can typically transfer your account over in 5 business days.
- If you are on an enterprise package, Lofty will need to create a new account with Real and do a data transfer. Jeff can walk you through this process.
