After you sign the Independent Contractor Agreement:

TO TRANSFER YOUR ACTIVE LICENSE TO REAL:  

You will receive the AREC Real Estate License Transfer Form from your Onboarding Coordinator. Put your License Number and  Name in the appropriate fields in Part I, and complete all of Part II. Once completed, send it to your current broker to complete the rest of Part I and sign. Next, send to your  new broker, Rachel Vann, via an e-signature platform, at arbroker@therealbrokerage.com to complete Part III and sign.  Please send the fully completed form to your Onboarding Coordinator to place in your file. 

Once the transfer form is fully complete, it must be mailed or delivered to AREC immediately at the address below to serve as a temporary license, along with the $30 transfer fee. To expedite processing, we strongly recommend that you hand deliver the form if possible.

Please note if your AREC license transfer form is electronically signed AREC will also need the Certificate of Completion from your previous brokerage and Real Broker to be turned in with your license transfer form. 

The temporary license will be valid for only thirty (30) days from the date it was mailed or delivered to AREC, with the new principal broker’s signature, and ONLY when AREC has received notice of licensees’ termination by the previous principal broker.

TO AFFILIATE AN INACTIVE LICENSE WITH REAL: 

You will receive the AREC Real Estate License Activation Form from your Onboarding Coordinator.  Please fully complete Part I and sign the form.  Return it to your Onboarding Coordinator for the AR broker to complete Part II and sign.  

Once the Activation Form is fully complete, it must be mailed or delivered to AREC immediately, with proof of completed CE or post-license education requirements, if applicable, at the address below along with the $30 fee. To expedite processing, we strongly recommend that you hand deliver the form if possible.

NEWLY LICENSED AGENTS: 

You will need to submit the Salesperson Candidate Information Form furnished to you by Pearson VUE when you passed the exam.  Please send it to Rachel Vann, AR Broker in Charge, prepared via e-signature platform. arbroker@therealbrokerage.com   The AR broker will complete and sign Section Two of the form.  She will then submit it to AREC.  Once the license is issued we can approve your application.

If you are applying as an Executive Broker, please reach out to Rachel Vann at arbroker@therealbrokerage.com for a separate form that is needed.

After completing the above steps:

Your Designated Broker, Rachel Vann, and Onboarding Coordinator will confirm the transfer with the Arkansas Real Estate Commission. You are responsible for joining or transferring your membership with your board and MLS. Please obtain the proper membership forms from your online board and MLS. Once filled out, send to your new broker, Rachel Vann, at arbroker@therealbrokerage.com for signature.
