After you sign the Independent Contractor Agreement:

Now that you have signed your ICA and paid the join fee, it's time to transfer your license to Real!

• Go to the forms page of the North Dakota Real Estate Commission site and click on DOWNLOAD next to “Transfer or Activate License”. Complete the Transfer or Active License Request form and send to your current broker to sign. Once they have signed, please send to your new Designated Broker at Real, Josh Boschee, to sign. If you have questions about which brand office address to have your license assigned to, contact Josh.

• Next go to the pay bill page and pay the $50 transfer fee. Be sure to include your name and “Transfer Fee” in the Reference section.

• Once all signatures have been collected and the transfer fee has been paid. email the completed form and any required documents to ndrec@nd.gov

• Click: Processed within 24 hrs, state will email confirmation. Can check online via the NDREC Online Directory.  https://services.realestatend.org/directory/

After completing the above steps:

Your transfer request is usually processed within 24 hours and the state will email you a confirmation. You can also check online via the NDREC Online Directory.
