After you sign the Independent Contractor Agreement:

Now that you have signed your ICA and paid the join fee, it's time to transfer your license to Real!  Login to MyLicense E-Gov and select "AFFILIATION CHANGE", to move your affiliation from one company to another. If you are joining as a Residential Agent, please use brokerage license number CO00002602. If you are joining as a Referral Only Agent, please use brokerage license number CO00003625.

When you select CHANGE, you must enter the new company information. Select the Office Type (Company/Branch) then enter the Company Number (If you are joining as a Residential Agent, please use brokerage license number CO00002602. If you are joining as a Referral Only Agent, please use brokerage license number CO00003625). Click the Company Name then click COMPLETE.

An email will be sent to Real for approval and once approved it will be sent to KREC for processing.

Newly Licensed Agents 

Please send your KS Application to onboarding@therealbrokerage.com and they will obtain the KS Broker, Wayne Gray's signature needed for the form. Once Wayne has signed, the form will be sent back to you to submit to KREC for issuance of your license.

After completing the above steps:

Your Designated Broker, Wayne Gray and Onboarding Coordinator will confirm the transfer with the Kansas Real Estate Commission. Click on the "License Search" link to verify the affiliation change is effective before performing real estate activities for Real.
