After you sign the Independent Contractor Agreement:

Transfer your License:

Now that you have signed your ICA and paid the join fee, it's time to transfer your license to Real! Before you kick off the transfer process, you will want to make sure you have a SecureAccess Washington (SAW) account. If you don't already have one, set one up following these instructions. 

Once you have created a SAW account, complete the following steps:

• Inactivate and disassociate from your current brokerage.

• Once you have disassociated from your current brokerage, please email support@therealbrokerage.com and our onboarding department will initiate the license transfer.

New Licensee:

Now that you have signed your ICA and paid the join fee, it's time to transfer your license to Real! Before you kick off the transfer process, you will want to make sure you have a SecureAccess Washington (SAW) account. If you don't already have one, set one up following these instructions. 

Once you have created a SAW account, complete the following steps:

• Any agents licensed for less than two years, with no sponsor listed on the Independent Contractor Agreement will need to be approved by the Washington State Broker, Jason Walchli.  Once approved, you will receive an invitation via the WA DOL for affiliation with Real. 
• Any agents licensed for less than two years with a sponsor listed on the Independent Contractor agreement will receive an invitation via the WA DOL for affiliation with Real.

After completing the above steps:

You will receive an email from “Real Broker, LLC. Real Estate Firm - UBI# 604-299-359” to log in to your SAW account and accept your sponsorship invitation.
