After you sign the Independent Contractor Agreement:

Now that you have signed your ICA and paid the join fee, it's time to transfer your license to Real!

Existing Licensees

To transfer your existing license to Real, follow these steps - MOPRO - TRANSFER LICENSE TO ANOTHER BROKER

**If you are new to MOPRO, you must first set up a MOPRO account. (You should use a chrome browser)

Online License Transfer is a 3 part process
1. Start the application by logging into - https://mopro.mo.gov/license and follow the screenshot instructions below

2. Once the Broker Approves the transfer... you'll receive an email confirmation

3. Using the confirmation email, access your account again. When you navigate back to https://mopro.mo.gov/license/s/, select your application from the DRAFTS and go through the process again. This time it will let you complete all of the documents with the correctly filled brokerage information from the recent broker approval.

4. Once MREC processes the transfer and your license is affiliated with Real, we'll approve your application in the system.

New Licensees

To apply for a new real estate license, please follow these steps and use the MOPRO online portal to submit:

MOPRO - APPLY FOR A SALESPERSON

• Once you have completed the MREC license application you received after passing your test, send to onboarding@therealbrokerage.com for the MO Designated Broker to electronically sign. 

• Once you receive the signed MREC application back, you will need to log into the MOPRO online portal to upload documents and pay the license issuance fee. 

After completing the above steps:

Your Onboarding Coordinator will confirm the transfer with the Missouri Department of Real Estate and complete your onboarding process.

Board & MLS Transfer

How do I officially make that transfer in MARIS?

1. Access the online Membership Registration Change Form
2. Complete the form and submit.
