Key Loan Terms & Departure Policies
When leaving The Real Brokerage with an active Real Wallet Capital loan in Canada, the following legal terms apply per your loan agreement with Real Broker Lending Canada LTD:
- Immediate Repayment (Acceleration): The lender reserves the right to declare your entire remaining loan balance—including all accrued interest and applicable fees—immediately due and payable.
- Event of Default: The termination of your Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) for any reason by either party triggers an automatic default. This applies even if you remain affiliated with the brokerage in a non-producing capacity (e.g., transitioning to a Referral Agent).
- Withholding of Earned Income: By signing your loan agreement, you irrevocably assign the right to your earnings to the lender. The lender may immediately withhold and apply any pending commission payouts, Revenue Share earnings, or other compensation to satisfy your outstanding debt.
- Collection Actions: If your remaining balance is not paid in full, the lender may initiate formal collection procedures, assign the debt to a third-party collection agency, or pursue legal remedies to recover outstanding funds.
How to Pay Off Your Remaining Balance
You must pay any remaining outstanding balance manually via Interac e-Transfer straight from your preferred Canadian bank account.
