They help your clients shop, compare, and connect all essential home services like TV, Internet, Home Warranty, Home Security, Movers, Solar, Insurance, and more. They also help locate utility providers and make it easy for the clients to establish services. With expert guidance at every step, Utility Connect ensures your clients enjoy a hassle-free start in their new home. Utility Connect is available nationwide in all 50 U.S. states.

Pricing
Utility Connect is completely free for both Real agents and their clients.
Agents may also earn commission through Utility Connect. Real agents receive 15% commission revenue from eligible home services their clients choose for Utility Connect to set up and connect.

Agents can activate their free Utility Connect service through the Real branded landing page by clicking “Activate Free Service” and completing the required fields. After signing up, agents will receive an email from Utility Connect to verify their email address and complete account activation.

Agent dashboards are accessible through the “admin” button located at the bottom of the agent’s Utility Connect website.
