Pricing/Discounts

  • First-Year Membership: $1,495 annually
    • $950 Real Luxury Membership
    • $545 Institute for Luxury Home Marketing Training, Membership, and CLHMS™ Designation
  • Renewal / Existing Institute Members: $1,245 annually

Qualification Requirements

Applicants must have completed at least 6 qualifying luxury transactions within the previous 24 months that meet the following criteria:

  • Closed single-family residential transactions
  • Sold price meets or exceeds the local CLHMS™ luxury threshold
  • Minimum sale price of $750,000 USD or $1,000,000 CAD
  • At least 3 submitted transactions must be listings
  • Transactions must have closed within the last 24 months

Application Process

  1. Submit an application through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
  2. Application is reviewed by the Institute and Real Luxury Charter Members.
  3. Upon approval, complete membership payment and required training.
  4. Complete the 5-hour self-paced course within 30 days (training waived for current Institute members).
  5. Receive onboarding and begin accessing member benefits.

  • Membership is available to licensed Real agents who meet qualification requirements.
  • The required online training must be completed within 30 days of enrollment.
  • Applicants without six qualifying luxury transactions are not currently eligible.
  • Membership renews annually and includes continued access to luxury resources, education, and community benefits.
