Who can obtain a loan from Real Wallet Capital?
Any licensed real estate agent who resides in an eligible state and has a Real Wallet Checking account can check the Capital banner within the Wallet section of their reZEN account to see if they qualify for Real Wallet Capital. If the agent has already signed up for a Real Wallet checking account and is eligible to borrow, then they simply choose the loan amount they would like, less than or equal to the amount available. If the agent has not set up Real Wallet, they will be prompted to set up Wallet and can then follow the simple loan attainment process.
Real Wallet Capital is a business loan product offered by either Real Broker Financial, LLC or Real Broker Lending, LLC depending on your state, and the lender for your loan will be identified in your loan agreement. Loans are available only in select states and require an active Real Wallet Business Checking Account and single-check commission payments. Loans are for business purposes only and may not be used for consumer or household purposes. Pre-approval and the potential loan amount are determined based on your business history and financial performance with The Real Brokerage. Pre-approval is not a guaranteed offer of credit. Final approval is subject to eligibility verification, underwriting, and review of account status, including outstanding advances and brokerage debts. Repayment terms include monthly payments of 2% of the outstanding balance plus variable payments tied to commission and revenue share income. For approved loans, same-day funding is generally available for applications submitted before 3:00 p.m. ET on business days; funding times may vary and are not guaranteed.
