Can I transfer my conference ticket to someone else?
Yes! Once you have sold your ticket to another individual, you can reach out to events@therealbrokerage.com with the full name and email of the new attendee and they will complete the transfer. Please note that they can not handle any of the transferring of funds related to selling your existing conference ticket. All ticket transfers must be completed by October 13, 2025.
Does transferring my ticket also transfer my hotel?
Transferring your ticket DOES NOT transfer your hotel. Any changes to your hotel reservation must be made directly through the hotel. We have no ability to assist here; please work directly with the hotel reservation team.

How can I make, change, or cancel my hotel reservation?
You will need to reach out directly to the hotel to adjust or cancel your reservation.
How can I cancel or refund my RISE Ticket?
You are able to cancel and receive a refund until September 14, 2025. To cancel and receive a refund please email events@therealbrokerage.com.
Starting September 15, 2025, registrants may receive a 50% refund for their ticket.
Starting October 14, 2025, registrants will no longer be eligible to receive a refund on tickets purchased.
