What is RISE?
RISE is Real’s annual agent-focused conference to be held in-person in Orlando, FL. We host RISE each year to give agents the opportunity to bring our agents together in person to feel inspired by industry experts, gain practical takeaways they can start using right away, and foster powerful connections with one another. Our 2025 agenda is packed with information and opportunities you won’t want to miss!

When do I need to register?
We recommend buying your ticket early as they will sell out. Looking for the best pricing? Don’t wait; they’re tiered by price and available on a first-come, first-served basis. To lock in the best possible price, purchase your tickets today!

Can I purchase a ticket on-site?
No. Everyone looking to attend will need to pre-register for this event.
Does the conference pass include hotel and airfare?
No. Conference attendees are responsible for their own hotel and airfare.
What airport should I fly into for the conference?
The closest airport is the Orlando International Airport (MCO).
How do I book my hotel?

What is the attire for the event?
The attire for the conference is business casual. Please keep in mind that this will be held in a convention setting, which tends to be on the cold side. We recommend dressing in layers.
Our Agent Celebration party will have a special dress code which will be announced closer to the event. Stay tuned!
What meals are hosted by the conference?
Nov. 3 - Appetizers will be served at the Welcome Reception.
Nov. 4 - Lunch, as well as morning and afternoon coffee, will be served.
Nov. 5 - Lunch, as well as morning and afternoon coffee, will be served. Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served during the RISE Agent Celebration on Nov. 5.

Is registration at the event mandatory?
Yes, you are required to pick up your badge before entering any RISE event. You will need to keep your badge with you at all times to gain access to conference events.
When and how will I receive my name badge?
You will have the ability to pick up your badge at the conference hotel on November 3. Badge pickup will be from 1-6 p.m. You will have another opportunity to grab your badge the following morning starting at 8 a.m. You must pick up your badge before gaining access to conference events.
What do I need to show in order to get my badge?
Please bring a valid ID that matches the name on your registration when you arrive for badge pickup.
Is there security at the event?
Yes! At Real, your safety is our number one priority. At every conference event, we will have multiple security measures in place to ensure everyone’s continued comfort and well being. If you have any questions, please reach out to events@therealbrokerage.com.
Do I need to register to watch the keynote(s) at RISE?
There is no seat reservation needed for any session during the General Session segments! All keynote(s) will take place during our General Session, so all attendees will have automatic access to these presentations.
Can I or someone I know become a sponsor of this event?
Yes! Interested individuals are invited to complete our sponsorship inquiries form here.
Can I transfer my conference ticket to someone else?
Yes! Once you have sold your ticket to another individual, you can reach out to events@therealbrokerage.com with the full name and email of the new attendee and they will complete the transfer. Please note that they can not handle any of the transferring of funds related to selling your existing conference ticket. All ticket transfers must be completed by October 13, 2025.
Does transferring my ticket also transfer my hotel?
Transferring your ticket DOES NOT transfer your hotel. Any changes to your hotel reservation must be made directly through the hotel. We have no ability to assist here; please work directly with the hotel reservation team.

How can I make, change, or cancel my hotel reservation?
You will need to reach out directly to the hotel to adjust or cancel your reservation.
How can I cancel or refund my RISE Ticket?
You are able to cancel and receive a refund until September 14, 2025. To cancel and receive a refund please email events@therealbrokerage.com.
Starting September 15, 2025, registrants may receive a 50% refund for their ticket.
Starting October 14, 2025, registrants will no longer be eligible to receive a refund on tickets purchased.

Do I need an extra ticket to attend the RISE Agent Celebration?
No, your General Admission conference ticket will give you access to all conference events. This includes conference sessions, the opening night Welcome Reception, and the RISE Agent Celebration on November 5 from 7-10 p.m. in Orlando, Florida.
Can I bring a guest or spouse to RISE?
Yes, those holding a full conference pass may purchase a plus-one ticket. This additional ticket option is available for those ONLY looking to attend the RISE Welcome Reception on November 3 and the RISE Agent Celebration on November 5. Please note that Social Passes will NOT allow access to any other conference sessions or events.

What is included in a plus-one or social pass ticket?
Plus-one or social pass tickets allow holders access to the Welcome Reception and RISE Agent Celebration only.

Are there media passes for RISE?
Yes, media passes for the conference are available. Please reach out to events@therealbrokerage.com directly to purchase a media pass. The last day to purchase a media pass is October 13, 2025.
Some important things to note as you begin to make your plans…
- Every agent is allowed a maximum of one media pass.
- You must share your media personnel's credentials prior to purchasing the media ticket.
- When your media personnel register, they must write your name followed by "media" in the space that asks who they are the guest of.
How many media passes can I buy for RISE?
Every agent is allowed a maximum of one media pass for RISE 2025 while supplies last. Please reach out to event@therealbrokerage.com directly to purchase a media pass.
Is there a volunteer event at RISE?
Yes! Stay tuned for more information leading up to the conference about how you can give back alongside fellow attendees at RISE 2025.
