How It Works

To help protect your funds, your Real Wallet debit card has built-in authorization thresholds:

• $500 per transaction
• $1,000 per day

These limits are designed to enhance security while allowing you to access your money with ease.

Need to Make a Purchase Above These Limits?

If you’re making a transaction that exceeds these thresholds, follow these simple steps to authorize it:

1. Attempt the transaction with your card.
2. Look for a notification from reZEN. If you don’t see one, open the Wallet section in reZEN to check for a pending alert.
3. Confirm the transaction within 5 minutes and reattempt within 15 minutes.
4. Try the transaction again – it should now process successfully!

These security measures are in place to help protect your account from unauthorized use – because keeping your money safe is our top priority!

Steps to Change Your Authorization Limits

If you need to adjust your transaction limits, follow these steps:

1. Open the reZEN app and navigate to the Wallet section.
2. Go to Card Settings and select Authorization Limits.
3. Enter your desired transaction limit amounts.

4. Confirm and save your changes.

   Please note these amounts cannot be adjusted higher.
