There are a variety of reasons your transaction might have declined. Usually, you can see why your transaction was decline at the time of purchase or by viewing your transaction history in reZEN under Wallet > Debit Account > Card Activity.
Most are due to incorrect information provided at the time of purchase like wrong PIN or incorrect CVV/expiration date. Make sure to double check you have the correct information before attempting again.
There are other cases where our banking partner may block a transaction.
These can include but are not limited to:
- Vendor is a high fraud risk / marked for fraud
- Multiple attempted purchases near the limit
- Purchase of illegal item
