How do I change my PIN?

You can change your PIN in two ways:

Phone:

1. Call 1-833-852-1519.
2. Listen for "Access to additional services"
   1. 1. Listen for "Please enter your complete card number, followed by the pound key"
   2. Follow the prompts to change your PIN.

reZEN:

1. Open ReZEN
2. Navigate to the Wallet section
3. Locate the Card Tile on the righthand side
   1. Click on the three dots next to your card
4. Select Manage PIN
