ProTeams: How to adjust the split when your team member caps.

With ProTeams, team leaders and admins have flexibility to adjust the default split for every member of their team. The default split is the amount automatically applied to each team member's transaction - payable to the team leader(s). You can always adjust the default split - ProTeams: How to Change Team Split on a specific Deal - which is common if you base the team split on lead source. 

You can also adjust the default split directly in reZEN if a team member hits a certain production target or changes their team plan. For example if you offer X% for the first $2M in sales and Y% after that, you can pop into ProTeams and change the default split once the team member hits $5M.

Quick Reference:

• Find your Team in reZEN and click Edit (pencil icon) next to the team member

• Edit / adjust the team leader's split. If you have multiple team leaders, make sure you adjust each team leader. 

Detailed Instructions:

The My Team section of reZEN shows everyone on your team and the default team split and team fees applied to each deal. By default, the team leader(s) and admin(s) will be added to every deal - with the default fees and split applied. 

If you are a Team Leader or Admin and have permission to edit your team roster, you can adjust the default split for each member of your team. 

• Login to reZEN and click My Team on the left side - this will show you a list of everyone on your team. 

• Click the edit (pencil icon) next to the agent whose split you want to edit. 

• On the first tab (Leader Fees), you can edit the amount the team member pays to the team lead on each deal by changing the value in Leader's Split. 
  • If you have two or more team leaders, make sure you allocate the amount across all leaders (scroll down to see the configuration for additional leaders).  
  • For Example: if your team members pay 25% to two team leads, enter 12.5% for each team leader. 
• Once you make your change, click Next, then Next, then Update (there are two other modules). 

That's it! The updated Team Split will appear on your roster:
