Managing your debit card is super easy! Simply head to the Real Wallet tab in reZEN and click the 3 dot icon above your card.
You have several options to manage your card. You can:
- Freeze your card - You can use this option if you would like to freeze all purchasing abilities from your card. You have the ability to unfreeze the card at any time.
- Manage PIN - You can use this option to update your PIN if you need to change it or if you forget it.
- Replace Card - If you need a new card, simply verify that all your details are still correct and order a new card. Your new card will arrive in 5-7 business days and must be activated.
- Report Lost or Stolen - If your card is lost or stolen, you can immediately report it to freeze your account and replace your card.
- Close Card - You can use this option if you’d like to close your account.
