To protect you from fraud, we require you to approve any transactions over $100 and any spending over $1,000 per day in reZEN.
If you try to spend above these limits, the transaction will be denied until you confirm it in reZEN. To authorize any transactions over these limits, simply open the reZEN mobile app and click Confirm. Then retry the transaction (re swipe/re enter your card).
There are other cases where our banking partner may block a transaction:
- Vendor is a high fraud risk / marked for fraud
- Multiple attempted purchases near the limit
- Purchase of illegal item
