Overview

Follow the article’s steps to complete an application for an Individual/Sole Proprietor account.

reZEN Application Signup

Signing up for a Business Checking Account with Real Wallet takes just a few minutes:

1. Go to the Wallet tab in reZEN
2. Click ‘Get My Debit Card’
3. Review and sign the legal terms and conditions
   • Click Start on the left to jump to the signature fields
   • Once signed, click Complete
4. Fill in any missing fields and review for accuracy
5. Click Next
6. Under Account Type, select Sole Proprietor
7. Enter your date of birth and Social Security Number for identity verification
8. Review your details and make any necessary edits
9. Click ‘Submit Application’

Unit Application Review 

After submission, you’ll be directed outside of reZEN to complete identity verification through Unit, our embedded finance platform.

1. Click Continue
2. Verify the information listed under Individual Information
3. Click Continue

Important: Applying as a Sole Proprietor means your personal name will appear on the card, not your business name regardless if you put your business name in the “doing business as” section.

4. You’ll receive a one-time passcode (OTP) via text
   • Enter the code and click Verify
5. Click Submit

• If approved, you’ll see a message: Approved Application!
• If additional verification is needed, you’ll be prompted to upload documents

Click Redirect to return to the reZEN Wallet page.

What’s Next?

Your debit card will arrive within 7–10 business days at the address you provided. Once received, you can activate and start using it.

Need to Send Money Before Your Card Arrives?

You can start transferring funds even before your card shows up:

• Open reZEN
• Click Wallet
• Click Send Money in the upper-right corner
• Follow the prompts
