When a new agent joins Real and signs their ICA, he or she has the opportunity to name two sponsors. The sponsors split the revenue share sponsorship evenly 45% and 45% and Real receives 10%.
You must be listed on the Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) to be considered a co-sponsor. If you are interested in co-sponsored revenue share, please remind prospective agents to list you (and the other Sponsor, if applicable) on the ICA.
- Once the ICA is signed, the sponsor cannot be changed for any reason. We cannot add, remove, or change a co-sponsor once the ICA is signed. See more: How do I change my Sponsor?
