Self-service team management allows team admins and team leaders to easily invite team agents to register, apply, and join Real. At this time, you can only invite agents who are brand new to Real.
This video will walk you through the process to invite new team members to Real:
Self-Service Team Management allows team leaders and admins to:
- Invite new agents directly to your team through reZEN.
- Text or email invite links to new team members.
- Track the application/onboarding status of new team agents in reZEN.
Invite Agents to your Team:
You can invite new agents to your team in just a few steps!
Step 1: Navigate to My Team in the left side navigation menu in reZEN and click Invite Agent.
Step 2: In the module that opens, add the name and email address of the agent you are looking to add. Then, click Invite.
Note: Only Pro Teams will have the ability to select a cap. If you have a standard team, the agent will be onboarded under the same cap as the rest of the team members.
That’s it! Now the agent will receive an email inviting them to apply to Real. Below is an example of the email team members will receive -
Resend / Revoke Team Invitations
Once you send the email, the agent will automatically be added to your team roster so you can see where they are in the onboarding process.
Revoke Invitation:
If you made an error when entering the agent’s name or email address, you can revoke the invitation by going to the right side of the Team Dashboard and selecting the “X” icon to revoke the invitation. Then, invite the agent again using the correct email address.
Resend Invitation:
If an agent did not receive the invite email, you can always click the Copy button to copy the link to the invitation and send it to the agent in a text or email.
Track Team Members' Onboarding Progress
See where your team members are in the onboarding progress - the status column shows you exactly where your team member is in the onboarding progress so you have full visibility into the process.
The table below explains each status and what's next in the journey:

Once a team member is approved, click the Edit (pencil) icon to review and edit their payment structure.

Who can invite agents to a team?

The invited agent can’t find the email. Can I email or text it to them?
Yes! You can copy the personalized link and either email or text it to them. Find the agent’s row in the Team Dashboard. On Desktop, scroll to the far right side. On App, tap on the “More” ellipsis of the invited agent’s card “Teammate” or “Member” role and a drawer will display with “Copy Invitation Link”.

I mistyped the email address for the invited agent. How do I fix it?
You can revoke the invitation by going to the right side of the Team Dashboard and selecting the “X” icon to revoke the invitation. Then invite the agent again using the correct email address.

Can I revoke the invitation?
You can revoke the invitation up until the invited agent has created an account. The applicant will not be able to create an application with that link.
If the invitation is revoked after the application has been started, the applicant will be able to finish the application. After they are approved, they will NOT be added to the team and will start as an individual agent.

I spelled the agent’s name wrong. Do I need to invite the agent again?
No. The account registration screen has been pre-populated for the invited agent, but the fields can be edited. If the invited agent changes their name or email address, it won’t be reflected on the Team Dashboard until the agent is approved. -
Will the Sponsor be encoded in the invite link?
No. Inviting someone to your team is different from inviting them as a Sponsor. If you want to invite someone to your team, please use the Team Invite process and ask them to list you as their sponsor on the ICA. -
Can the invited agent correct the spelling of their name if the person who sent the invitation misspelled it?
Yes, when you receive your invitation, your name is pre-filled, but you are welcome to change this if the person who invited you made a mistake.
