Why am I still charged a CBR (or BEOP) fee if my Team Mate covers it 100%

When setting up your ProTeam, you can decide whether each teammate pays their portion of the CBR or BEOP fee - or whether it is covered by the Team Lead. 

However, the Team Lead will always be charged their portion of the CBR or BEOP fee and be responsible for paying their portion of the CBR or BEOP fee.
