ProTeams: Why isn't my full team split allocated on a transaction?

If you have a Team Cap and a team member is close to hitting that cap, we will only charge the Team Split required to hit the cap. Even if you change the split owed to the team leader manually, the Team Split will be capped at the amount owed.

Example:

• Team Mate has a $10,000 Team Cap
• Team Mate has paid $8,000 to Team during this Anniversary Year. 
• Team Mate will only pay up to $2,000 on his next transaction. 

In the example transaction below, Team Mate earned $30,000 Gross Commission Income. He typically pays 30% to his Team, but since he only owes $2,000 additional on his Team Cap, he will only pay $2,000.
