Will I Cap faster if I pay my Team Member's Cap?

No. Reminder: Covering a portion of the Team Members’ fees does not change Capping or Elite Agent Status. Capping progress is based on your participation in the deal. 

Example:

• Team Member closes a deal with $10,000 GCI
• Team Member pays 25% to his Team Leader (Shane Bralove)
• Team Leader (Shane Bralove) pays all of Team Member's Split & Fees to Real. 

What is Team Member Cap contribution? What is Team Leader (Shane Bralove)'s Cap contribution? 

• Team Member contributes $1,125 to his Cap (his side of the deal - $7,500 * 15%)
• Team Leader contributes $375 to his Cap (his side of the deal - $2,500 * 15%) 

Even though Team Leader (Shane Bralove) paid the Cap, the Cap credit goes to Team Member's Cap.
