Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email) to training@luxuryhomemarketing.com and realluxury@onereal.com.
Registration cancellations will be processed based on when the cancellation request is received:
Cancellations received at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the event are eligible for a
full refund of the registration fees, less a $15.00 credit card surcharge.
Cancellations received from thirteen (13) calendar days to three (3) calendar days prior to a live training are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees. The remaining 50% of the
registration fees can be held as a credit towards another training.
Cancellations received fewer than three (3) calendar days prior to a live training or “no-shows” are
not eligible for a refund, but 100% of the registration fees can be held as a credit towards another training.
