In many cases, you can transfer your Lofty account to the Real plan simply by asking realsupport@lofty.com to transfer the account on the back end.
However, there are some cases where we will need to do a manual transfer - for example if you were previously on a team and you were not the owner of the account; or if your Brokerage had you under their plan.
No worries, it's an easy process:
1. Do you need to transfer your data from your previous Lofty account?
- If yes, please fill out the attached Lofty Transfer form.
- If not, you can skip this step. We will setup your new account for you and you can begin the onboarding and setup process.
2. What email should we use for your new account?
- If you want to use the same email as your current account - no worries, we just need to ask Lofty to release it.
- If you have a different email you want to use, let us know and we will setup your new account with that email.
Once we have that information, we will setup your new account - and send you the instructions to activate your new account.
If you need to migrate your account, the Lofty team will complete the migration - it could take a week to complete the migration.
