How to get Lofty Help & Training

If you are new to Lofty or need help setting up your CRM: 

1. The most important thing is to complete the in-app onboarding when you log into Lofty the first time. This will walk you through the basics of Lofty CRM and the step-by-step process to get your CRM up and running. 
2. If you want more advanced training, check out:
   1. Lofty Training in Real Academy - register for live training (offered two times a week) or watch our pre-recorded training specific to Real Agents. 
   2. All Things Lofty Workplace Group - post your questions and get answers from Real Agents and our Lofty Account Representative. 
   3. Live Lofty Training - if you need additional help or want help on a specific topic, join the live training with Lofty Support.
