We can't move your individual Lofty account into a team account, but if you are moving to a team, you can:
- Ask your team leader to add you as a seat on their account - How do I add seats and agents to my Lofty (formerly: Chime) account?
- Then, you can import your leads into the new account. In most cases, if you are moving to a team, you will use the Team's CRM infrastructure and website and just need to import your contacts. Follow these steps to import your leads.
If your team leader is unable to add you as a seat:
- First, you need to download all your data.
- Then, cancel your individual Lofty account.
- Then, email realsupport@lofty.com and ask them to release your email.
- Then you should be able to receive the invite.
