How much does Lofty Cost?

As a Real agent, you'll pay only $40/month per seat to use Lofty (prices in USD). The Real Package includes many of the most popular features - see here for full list - plus some of their premium features, such as an IDX Website, AI Assistant, and CMA Tool. 

• If you purchase 10 or more seats, your per seat cost drops to $20/month/seat
• If you purchase 100 or more seats, your per seat cost drops to $12/month/seat
• What's a seat? It's a user/login for your account - your Lofty terms and conditions will explain this in more detail. 
  • Example: If you have a team of 10 and you want to purchase a seat for everyone, you will pay $200/month - that's $20 x 10 seats. Because you have 10 seats, you unlock the discounted pricing. 

Note: additional fees may apply for Internet Data Exchange (IDX) with your MLS. Fees vary by MLS - see here for a full list. 

IDX Website:

• Each account comes with one IDX Website for free.
• If you are on a team:
  • The free IDX Website can be used by all agents on the team to capture leads for the entire team/group. 
  • Agents on a team get a free subdomain on the team site - 
    • This allows agents to show their information 
    • All leads from that subdomain will automatically route to the individual agent
    • The subdomains automatically pull listings from the Team MLS integration - so no additional MLS integration is required.
    • However, agents on the team will not be able to fully customize the landing page. It will pull in their information. 
    • The site url will be a subdomain of the team's site - Example: if Shane works for the sold team (thesoldteam.com) he can get shane.thesoldteam.com.
  • If an agent on a team wants their own IDX site, they will need to pay $30/month to upgrade to an Agent Website.
    • With a customizable Agent Site:
      • Pay $30/month extra
      • Fully Customizable
      • Can have your own vanity domain
  • Alternatively, they can get their own seat at $40/month, which includes a free IDX Website.
