No. Elite Agent Status is earned based on your participation in production. You will only receive a contribution to Elite Agent Status based on the post cap fees attributed to you - even if you pay for your team members' portion.
Example:
- Nancy and Bernard are on a ProTeam.
- Nancy is the Team Lead and receives 25% of Bernard's Gross Commission.
- Nancy covers 100% of Bernard's Split to Real and Transaction Fees.
- Bernard is capped and just closed a deal.
- Because Bernard is capped, a $285 Transaction Fee (post cap fee) is owed to Real.
- $213.75 (75%) is attributed to Bernard - that's his percentage of the deal.
- $71.25 (25% is attributed to Nancy - that's her percentage of the deal.
- Because Nancy covers Bernard's Transaction Fees, she pays the $285 fee.
- However, Nancy only receives credit for the portion of the deal earned - $71.25.
- Bernard receives credit for $213.75, but because he is a Team Member, he is not eligible for Elite Agent.
