Additional E&O Insurance Required for Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska – Real

If you are licensed in Kentucky, Nebraska, Mississippi, or Louisiana, you must purchase your own E&O insurance to stay compliant with State Law. This is a state requirement and is not covered by Real.

Kentucky	ALL Kentucky agents must purchase Kentucky RISC E&O coverage PRIOR to completing onboarding. Real does not cover your E&O Insurance.	Purchase RISC E&O Coverage here. Email a copy of the policy and/or payment receipt to kybroker@therealbrokerage.com and onboarding@therealbrokerage.com
Mississippi	ALL Mississippi agents must purchase Kentucky RISC E&O coverage PRIOR to completing onboarding. Real does not cover your E&O Insurance.	You can purchase a policy here. Discuss with your Broker - msbroker@therealbrokerage.com
Nebraska	ALL Nebraska agents must purchase Kentucky RISC E&O coverage PRIOR to completing onboarding. Real does not cover your E&O Insurance.	You can purchase a policy here. Discuss with your Broker - nebroker@therealbrokerage.com
