If you (the agent) need to sign a document, you can assign the signature block to the Sender. Real Signature will prompt you to fill out all your information before the document goes to other signers (buyers / sellers).
- You have a purchase agreement that requires your signature
- Make sure you have all the buyer / seller fields assigned correctly
- Then, where it says "Agent Signature," assign those blocks to the "Sender"
- You can either click the field and select Sender in the dropdown on the right side
- OR you can drag over all the fields and assign them all to Sender.
- When you send the document, you will be prompted to sign and fill out your name.
