I’m not interested in continuing my REdatum account. How do I cancel?

To cancel, send an email to real@redatum.com and let them know you would like to cancel your account. REdatum will take the next steps to cancel your account before the next billing cycle.

Agents paying on a month-to-month basis can cancel their account and not be charged the following month. Agents who paid for the year upfront will have access for the full year but will not be charged on the anniversary of when the account started.
